Louis Marcho is a dedicated funeral service professional and lifelong resident of Lake Winola. He is the son of Roxanne (Jordan) Marcho and the late Louis Marcho, and a proud graduate of Tunkhannock Area High School. Louis earned his degree in Funeral Service Education from Northampton Community College in 2016, laying the foundation for his career in funeral service. In 2022, Louis became the owner of the funeral home he had worked with for six years, a role that allowed him to further his commitment to providing compassionate care for his community. As a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, Louis upholds the highest standards in his field, ensuring that every client family receives the attention and respect they deserve during life’s most difficult moments. Louis and his wife, Hannah, share a deep dedication to supporting grieving families, walking them through each step of the process, and helping them honor their loved ones with meaningful farewells. Their shared commitment is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a dignified tribute. Outside of his professional endeavors, Louis is an active member of his community, participating in events such as the Veteran’s Breakfast and The Magic of Christmas. He is especially proud of his role in bringing The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial, to Tunkhannock. Through these efforts, Louis continues to demonstrate his dedication to honoring the past and serving the community he calls home.

Hannah Marcho is the office manager at Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, a role she has held with dedication and professionalism, supporting the operations of the funeral home that her and her husband, Louis Marcho, own. Hannah's journey to this position is rooted in her strong academic foundation, leadership, and commitment to her community. She is the proud daughter  of Russ and Mary (Franko) Dickinson, Hannah grew up in Lake Winola, with her siblings: sisters Melissa and Maryjo, and brothers Rudi, Jacob, and Thomas. The close-knit Dickinson family instilled in her the values of hard work, perseverance, and community. Hannah’s academic journey began with her graduation from Scranton Preparatory School, a testament to her commitment to her education. She then pursued higher education at Marywood University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her academic achievements did not stop there, as she furthered her education by completing a master’s in business administration (MBA) at Marywood, equipping her with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in both the business and healthcare sectors. During her time at Marywood, Hannah was not just a focused student but also an athlete. She was a proud member of the cross-country and track teams, where her discipline, teamwork, and determination helped her excel both academically and athletically. Today, Hannah resides in Falls with her husband, Louis Marcho. Together, they manage their family business, Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, where Hannah plays an integral role in the daily operations. Her strong background in business management, along with her commitment to providing exceptional service, has made her a trusted presence in the community. Hannah’s dedication to her family, education, and career continues to serve as an inspiration to those around her, embodying the values of leadership, compassion, and service.

Lexi is the proud daughter of Andrew and Angela Layaou Brown, and she brings a deep connection to her roots in the community. A 2021 graduate of Tunkhannock Area High School, Lexi continued her journey by earning a degree in Funeral Service Education from Northampton Community College in 2023. During her time at Northampton, she earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious Eastern Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association Scholarship, the 2023 Embalming Achievement Award, and the Northampton Community College Honors Program Award. Lexi completed a yearlong internship at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home in Allentown, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable knowledge about diverse cultures and religions, including Judaism, Buddhism, Catholicism, Islam, and Hinduism. These experiences helped to shape her compassionate approach to funeral services, ensuring each family receives the utmost care and respect. Driven by a love for her community, Lexi made the heartfelt decision to return to her hometown and begin her professional career with Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home. She is committed to providing excellent service to families, all while remaining deeply connected to the community she cherishes. Outside of her work, Lexi enjoys volunteering, expressing her creativity through art, and spending quality time with her beloved miniature schnauzer, Dessi. Her passion for service, both professionally and personally, truly makes Lexi a crucial member of our team. We are proud to have Lexi as part of the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home family and look forward to the many ways she will continue to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
