Thomas A. McGurk

Thomas A. McGurk of Lake Sheridan died Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Community Medical Center in Scranton from injuries suffered in an automobile accident early in the day. Tom was born in Newark, NJ on July 27, 1936 son of the late Thomas A. and Margaret Villano McGurk. He was a Navy Veteran and for the past 15 years he was employed by Meals on Wheels of North East Pa. He was preceded in death by a brother George, surviving is a brother Robert and sister in law Rita McGurk of West Yarmouth, Mass., nephews Kevin, David, Patrick, Christopher, Ryne and a niece Rachael McGurk. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at a later date in New Jersey. Arrangements by the, Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W.
