Samuel Caleb Strohl, 52, of Tunkhannock passed away suddenly at the Gardens on December 3, 2021, where he has been a guest since 2018.
Born on October 6, 1969 he was the son of the late Rebecca Strohl.
He was a 1988 graduate of Tunkhannock High School and a member of the Eaton Baptist Church where he served as an usher. He enjoyed visits from his family and his classmates who brought him cakes and gifts over the years.
He also enjoyed Dukes of Hazard, Wheel of Fortune, The History Channel, his favorite movie was Home Alone. He worked in the cleaning department at P&G until his illness of Parkinson's disease. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan, and enjoyed a vacation with his family to Niagara Falls.
He is survived by his uncles, Al and wife Linda, Larry, Henry, and Paul; aunts, Martha Montross and Dolores Mock.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by aunt, Viola Strohl.

Family and friends are invited to attend Sam’s funeral service which will be held on Friday December 10, 2021 at 12:00 PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA 18657. Interment will follow in Orcutt’s Grove Cemetery
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Friday.
