Roseanne Simmons

Roseanne Simmons of Tunkhannock a guest at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock passed away on Sunday, April 4th. She was born in Morristown NJ on September 7, 1927 daughter of the late Michael and Theresa Kungle Toth. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a bookkeeper in retail sales. She was preceded in death by her husband Morton L. Simmons in 1981, daughter Judith L. Simmons in 1982 and a sister Dorothy Joest. Surviving are a son Martin L Simmons of Haledon NJ two daughters Susan VanHoven of Wauwatosa Wisconsin, Nancy French of Tunkhannock, one sister Francis Ziegler of Lakehurst NJ, six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Funeral and committal services will be held Tuesday evening at 8 PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Fr Richard Palmounter Pastor of the Church of the Nativity BVM, Tunkhannock. Graveside interment services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am in the Glendale Cemetery Bloomfield, NJ. Friends may call at the Funeral home on Tuesday from 6 – 8 pm.
