Roderick T. Bliss

Roderick T. Bliss “RT” 61, of East Lemon went home with lord on Thursday January 2 at his residence. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Debra Faux Bliss. RT was born on November 20, 1951 in Pittston, PA son of the late George and Jean Kondrosky Bliss. R.T. finished his career as a Sheet Metal Journeyman with Local 44 out of Wilkes-Barre. During his down time and after his retirement he continued to enjoy his family and friends. especially enjoying each and every monument spent with his grandson. He was truly all about his family and will be so deeply missed. He was preceded in death by his sister Joyce Jones. Surviving are his 3 sons Roderick Jr, of Philadelphia, Jason of Mill City, Justin, at home, and grandson Roderick T. Bliss. Brothers Gary, of Mount Pleasant ,Michigan,, George of Lake City, Fla., John of Tunkhannock, sisters Rita Cord of Fallon, Nevada, Gwen Glass of St. Petersburg, Fla, Barbara Ann Kerovac of Tampa, Fla. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 5 at 4:00 PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Pastor John Shaffer.
