Robert E. Faux

Robert E. “Shine” Faux Sr. of Orchard Hill Rd. died at his home on Friday, November 5, 2010. He was born in Tunkhannock on October 6, 1944 son of the late Joseph and Cloe Evans Faux. He was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School and worked for Reese Excavating as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Robert was the former owner of Faux’s Country Side Inn. Surviving are sons Robert R. and wife Laura, Franklin and wife Tracey and Joseph and wife Gail all of Tunkhannock. Brothers, William, Wilmer, Arthur and Joseph all of Tunkhannock, David of Chandler, Az., sisters Ethel Kidd and Donna Robinson both of Tunkhannock and 6 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Monday at 1 PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St. in Tunkhannock Interment Perrins Marsh Cemetery in Centermoreland. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 7.
