Raymond Richard Kuzma, 67, of Vernon, PA, passed away at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Ray was born in Kingston on June 15, 1956, he is the son of the late Walter and Dolores Kuzma.
He graduated from Tunkhannock Area High School in 1974. Ray was a proud third generation dairy farmer of Milky Ray Dairy Farm in Vernon. He was a member of the Progressive Agriculture Organization, Farm Bureau, Tunkhannock Moose Lodge, and was the Vacancy Board Officer of Northmoreland Township.
He coached basketball for the Tunkhannock Youth Basketball Association and baseball for Bob Horlacher Little League. He was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Phillies and enjoyed going to rock concerts to see his favorite bands.

You could always find Ray in a field driving one of his John Deere tractors with an infectious smile on his face, blasting Rock 107, trying to finish field work, so he could get chores done to then watch a Phillies game at home while eating a bowl of ice cream.
Ray is survived by his loving wife, business partner, and best friend of 37 years (married for 32 years), Annette (Harvey) Kuzma; daughters Katie (Jesse) Keats, Ellie Kuzma; son, Michael Kuzma; sister, Nancy (Karl) Thaler; brother William Kuzma.
