Norma Frances Hallock

Norma Frances Hallock of Tunkhannock passed away on Thursday in the Golden Living Center, Tunkhannock. She was born in Noxen on November 21, 1923 daughter of the late Norman A. and Eva Traver Thompson. For several years she was the owner of Hallock’s Personal Care Home in Tunkhannock, a member of the Wyoming County Senior Citizens, and attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her husband John Hallock, infant daughter Tammy Sue Hallock and son Larry Norman Hallock. Surviving are sons: James Myron Hallock of Springville, Dennis Jean Hallock of Tunkhannock, daughters: Joanne Jerauld of Laceyville, Bonnie Lou VanVolkinburg of South Auburn. Grandchildren Larry John, Pam, and Lori Hallock, Joey and Lisa Thompson, Jamie, Jennifer, Jodie, and Jessie Hallock, Timmy Crawford, Dale VanVolkinburg, Dennis and Corey Hallock as well as great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 2 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Pastor Gary Myers officiating. Interment will be in Orcutt Cemetery, Noxen. The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home from 12:30 pm until the time of the service.
