Marjorie M. Adams

Marjorie Jean McGrew Adams, 95, Of Mehoopany, Pennsylvania, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 26, 2018.

Born in Bruceton Mills, WV, on October 19, 1922. She is the daughter of the late Warren and Althea Haines McGrew. Marge married the late B. Clifford Adams in 1950. Marge and Cliff moved to Pennsylvania leaving her career as a school teacher. They enjoyed owning a farm and rental properties. They loved having family all around. She was a major part of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren’s lives.

Survived by son Dean A. Adams and wife, Sharon, of Orlando, FL, daughter in law Karin H. Adams of Mehoopany, PA, brother Warren R. McGrew and wife, Kathy, of Spring, TX. Marge has six grandchildren: Dale C. Adams of GA, Berne C. Adams IV and wife, Mae, of PA, David M. Adams and wife, Koren, of GA, Amanda A. Roskowski and husband, Richard, of FL, Elizabeth A. Ridall and husband, Joshua, of PA, Rebecca A. Aten and husband, Timothy, of PA. 17 great grandchild. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.

Marge is proceeded in death by Sister Dorothy L. Boulet, Brother James S. McGrew, and son Berne C. Adams JR.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday January 30th at 11:00 AM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA 18657 Interment will be in Vaughn Cemetery.
