Maria Gombos

Maria Gombos of Wyalusing passed away at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre on Wednesday November 30th. She was born in Kikinda, Yugoslavia May 31, 1942 daughter of Istvan and Maria Kadar. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed cooking baking and had a green thumb for gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Gombos. Surviving is a son Nicholas and wife Patricia Gombos of Wilmington DE, a daughter Eva and husband Francis Wildonger of Tunkhannock, companion Richard Jones, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren., A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 1 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St, Tunkhannock. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to the Arthritis Foundation, P.O.
