Louise E. Hoskins Louise E. Hoskins 70, of Stroudsburg formally of Tunkhannock died September 3rd in Stroudsburg, PA. She was born June 15, 1943 in LA Plume, PA daughter of the late Lewis and Leone Smith Jocelyn. She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Jocelyn and Companion Walter Becker. She is survived by son and daughter in law Norman and Barbara, of Tunkhannock, daughter and son in law Bonnie and Herman Sibun, of Stroudsburg, brother and sister in law Wayne and Nadine Jocelyn, of Pinetown, North Carolina, sister Lorraine Harkless, of oil City, PA, Companion John Sigafuss, of Stroudsburg. Grandchildren Rachel, Eileen and Michael Hoskins, of Tunkhannock and Max Sibum, of Stroudsburg. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:00 Noon from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery Tunkhannock friends and family can gather at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
