Leslie Roth

Leslie C. Roth, 79, of Tunkhannock passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 at his home. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda (Smith) Roth.

Born on June 14, 1945 in Bloomsburg, he is the son of the late Edward and Florence (Fritz) Roth.

He was a 1963 graduate of Benton High School. Following his education, he honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968. Leslie began a long and successful career at Procter and Gamble, where he worked diligently for 32 years. He had a passion for fishing and sports.

Throughout his life, Leslie was known for his loving nature, especially as a devoted father and grandfather. He cherished the moments spent with his grandson, which he often described as the most enjoyable times of his life. Leslie's warmth and compassion left a lasting impact on his family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by son, Justin Roth and wife Michelle; daughter, Shana Pelka and husband Arthur; grandson, Samuel Pelka; sisters, Pamela Sommers and Penelope Knorr.

He is preceded in death by brother, Edward Roth; sister, Kathleen Mutchler.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
