Gary Silfee

Gary W. Silfee, 70, of Nicholson passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton.

Born on August 26, 1954 in Scranton, he is the son of the late Willard and Dorothy (Wesley) Silfee.

He attended Elk Lake High School. Gary worked at Procter and Gamble for 18 years. He later worked at Decker Lumber.

He is survived by son, Gary Silfee and wife Teresa; daughter, Trisha Silfee; wife, Rebecca Silfee; step-sons, James Gleason and Justin Stoithoff; sisters, Judy Strohl and Cathy Cox; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Wayne Wilson, Mikayla and Mikenzie Silfee; great-grandchildren, Sophia and Gracie.

He is preceded in death by 6 siblings.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
