Fred K. Howells

Fred K. Howells of Tunkhannock, died on Friday October 14th, 2016 in Tunkhannock. He was Born in Scranton on April 28, 1941 son of the late Fred and Marion Howey Howells. Fred was a 1959 graduate of Scranton Technical High School where he lettered in Football and Baseball and was an Army Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, his dog Kane and all family dogs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Gail Soulsby Howells, son Fred Howells Jr., Sister Marion Weber, Brother Willard Howells. Surviving are children James and wife Linda Howells, of Newton Ransom, Jeffrey and wife Wendy Howells of Tunkhannock, Carol and husband Frank Milani of Scranton, Susan Howells Tunkhannock, David and wife Danielle Howells of Centermoreland, Brother, John Howells and wife Beth of Scranton, Eight grandchildren Jennifer Davenport and fiancé Wyatt of Laceyville, Stephen Howells and Jolie Youshock of Scranton, Ken Davenport of Scranton, Jaime and husband Alec Senefonte of Waverly, Kaitlyn Mikulka of Tunkhannock, Austin Winters of Centermoreland, Devon Mikulka of Tunkhannock, Gavin Howells of Centermoreland, Great Grandchildren Noah Jay Howells of Scranton and Everly Rose Senefonte of Waverly and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 19th at 3 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA, Friends may call at the funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
