Florence Mae Denmon

Florence Mae Denmon of Beaumont passed away on Monday April 22nd at the Meadows Nursing Home in Dallas. She was born in Alderson, PA on October 30, 1913 daughter of the late P. William and Rachael Hobbs Long. She was preceded in death by her husband Irvin H. Denmon, brothers Boyd and Mervin Long, and a sister Adealine Eppley. Surviving is a son Glenn and wife Arlene Denmon of Beaumont, grandchildren Sharon L. Mislevy, Sandra J. Talcott, Janet Rifenbery, and Janice Valvano. Great grandchildren Glenda Towers, Melissa Kuffa, Jason Mislevy, Kimberly McMullen, Valerie Valvano, Cory Valvano and five great- great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock with the Rev. Peter Geschwindner. Interment will be in Orcutt Cemetery Noxen.
