Darla K. McGavin

Darla McGavin, of Tunkhannock, died unexpectedly August 28, 2012 at Tyler Memorial Hospital. She was born in Tunkhannock’ June 27,1947, daughter of the late Earl and Helene Clark Lane. She is survived by her daughters Sherry McGavin Popiwchak and husband Joe, Denise McGavin Patton and husband Douglas;Companion Allan Perez; sisters Sonja Rau, Colleen Anderson, Pat Ayers; Grandchildren Katie Hunting, Zackery Patton and Joey Popiwchak; Great grand daughter Chloe Rose Merrifield. A memorial services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 west Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Pastor Peter F. Geschwindner from the Tunkhannock United Methodist church officiating. Interment will be held in Sunnyside Cemetery Tunkhannock.
