Clarence Myers

Clarence Myers of North Tonawanda, New York died Saturday in the Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Niagara Falls, New York. He was born in Middletown, NY on January 12, 1926 son of the late Clarence E. and Lavina Goldsmith Meyers. He was formerly of Redfield St., Tunkhannock. Clarence was an Army Veteran and prior to his retirement he was employed by General Motors Corporation Tonawanda Engine Plant. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma Jean Steinruck Myers and a brother Vance Myers. Surviving are sons Richard (Kathy) of West Seneca, New York, Jerry(Suzanne) of North Tonawanda, NY , Andrew (Debbie)of Niagara Falls, NY , Duane of Buffalo, NY, Kenneth of North Tonawanda,NY, Charles of Niagara Falls, NY, Eugene (Kim)of North Tonawanda, daughter Cheryl (Tom) O’Connor of Tonawanda, Sisters Shirley Myers and Dolores Radwanski both of Tunkhannock. Several grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at 11am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Rev. Lori Robinson, Pastor of the Eatonville United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9.
