Christopher Doerner

Christopher Lee Doerner, 52, of Mehoopany passed away on Tuesday September 6, 2022, at home. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Karen Estok Doerner. 
Born in Norristown, PA, he is survived by his parents Henry and Charlotte Kennedy Doerner.

He was employed by Bartron Supply Inc in Tunkhannock. Christopher was an avid camper and fisher and enjoyed sitting around a campfire with his family and friends. He was a member of the Meshoppen Rod & Gun Club. Christopher had a love for antique cars, tractors, and anything with an engine. On Sundays, he could be found cooking at 11 o'clock mass. If he bought something that didn't run he was always determined to get it running. 

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his daughters, Olivia Doerner and Ashley Kwiatkowski and fiancé Jake Lee; son, Matt Kwiatkowski and fiancée Katie Boyd; grandchildren, Cooper Aukema, Axel Kwiatkowski, Maverick Kwiatkowski, River Lee, and Blaze Boyd; brother, Jeffery Doerner and wife Kay; nieces, Caitlyn Crawford and Morgan Doerner. 

Family and friends are invited to attend Christopher's celebration of life service, which will be held on Sunday September 11, 2022 at 12 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga Street, Tunkhannock, PA 18657. 

A visitation will be held from 10 am until the time of service on Sunday.
